We work from a trauma-informed, person-centred lens that values creativity as a vehicle for insight and integration. Each session is shaped by what emerges in the moment — whether that’s through visual art, movement, story, or silence.

You don’t need to be “good at art.” You only need to be willing to stay curious.

The studio is a space where your experience is welcome, exactly as it is.

We take a person-centred approach, meaning we honour your lived experience and trust in your innate capacity to heal. Our role is to support, witness, and hold space — not to diagnose or direct.

Imprévu Studio acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters, and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.
